stop out going calls in java s40 devices...try it and comment 
1.menu >>
2.settings>>
3.call>>
4.send my caller id>>
(lets you select whether your identity is shown to the phone you are calling. this service must first be activated by the network operator, and its functionality many vary depending on the network.)
5.three options are given as
''.SET BY NETWORK,
.NO,
.YES ''
6.select the .NO option...
and now you are all done......
working in most handlers other than java also....i tried in my java handset and its 100% working for me.....
